Verdicta Terms of Use

The service
Verdicta provides AI-assisted legal intake, contract review support, document drafting support, matter organisation and optional introductions to participating law firms. The service helps structure information; it does not itself provide legal representation.
No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
Verdicta’s automated output is general information and workflow assistance, not legal advice. Using the service does not create an attorney-client relationship with Verdicta, Green Circuit Automation or any listed law firm. A relationship with a law firm begins only if that firm separately agrees to act for you.
Urgent matters
Do not rely on Verdicta for emergencies, imminent court deadlines, arrest, danger, domestic violence or any situation requiring immediate professional help. Contact emergency services, a court, Legal Aid South Africa or a qualified attorney directly.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit any document or third-party information, keep your access credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload malware, impersonate another person, attempt to evade usage limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its security.
Free access and limits
Free access is subject to email verification, fair-use limits, file limits and abuse controls. Verdicta may pause or restrict access to protect users, service availability or cost controls. Features and limits may change with reasonable notice.
Law-firm directory and introductions
Directory information and match results do not endorse or guarantee a lawyer. Match ranking uses stated service fit and availability rather than paid placement. You choose whether to request an introduction, and each firm independently performs conflict checks and decides whether to accept a matter.
Availability and output
AI and automated services can be unavailable, delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You must review important output and obtain qualified legal advice before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, Verdicta is provided without guarantees of a particular legal or commercial outcome.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means the updated terms apply to future use.
